Products

Ordering

  • Schools, TAFE's, Universities and libraries can order on account from Sammat Education.
  • Orders can be placed online, by fax, by phone, by email or by post.
  • All orders should be accompanied by an official Purchase Order form with an authorised signature from the purchasing institution.
Returns
  • Software products may be returned for a credit within 14 days of purchase provided the sealed software package has not been opened and is in resalable condition. Software that has been opened cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • The purchaser is liable for the cost of return freight and insurance.
  • The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
  • All returns need to be pre-authorised. You MUST contact us before returning any software product.
Pricing
  • All effort has been made to ensure our online store has the most correct and up to date pricing, however we reserve the right to alter published prices due to exceptional circumstances.
  • Low Price Guarantee - if you do happen to find a cheaper price elsewhere let us know and we'll BEAT it as long as the selling price is not below our cost price. This offer only applies at the time of placing your order.
Payment
  • We accept cheques, direct deposit, money orders, and credit card via Paypal. No surcharge is added for credit card orders. Payment is required within 14 days of invoice.

Professional Development Courses

Registrations

By registering for a course you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

  • You confirm that you have been given financial authorisation by your school to enrol in the course.
  • All course fees must be paid for in advance.
  • Full payment should be received at least 14 days from the invoice date or 14 days prior to the course date (whichever occurs first). If this does not occur your position may be made available to another person.
  • No bookings will be confirmed until full payment has been received.

Cancellations

Cancellations will only be accepted as follows:

  • Cancellations will only be accepted 14 working days before the commencement of a course.
  • No refund will be given for cancellations after that time; however bookings are transferable and an alternate person may attend the training.

Disclaimer

Sammat Education will make every effort to run advertised courses, however we reserve the right to vary the advertised course schedule as minimum numbers are required for all courses to run.


Workshops

Bookings

  • Full payment should be received at least 14 days from the invoice date or on the workshop date.

Cancellations

Cancellations will only be accepted as follows:

  • Cancellations will only be accepted 14 working days before the commencement of a workshop. During this time it may be possible to transfer the booking date. 
  • If the workshop is cancelled within 14 days then the school maybe liable to pay a cancellation fee of $100 ex GST. This is a non-refundable fee.
