Technology Integration

Today's classrooms are increasingly rich in new technology—computers, digital projectors, and electronic white boards—and old stand-bys like TVs, VCRs and DVD players. With the addition of technology, audio is the one component that cannot be overlooked. Studies have shown that up to 75% of the school day involves listening activities, confirming that hearing is the primary channel for learning.

It's important to amplify the teacher's voice; it's equally crucial that all students are able to hear the other audio sources used in the classroom. The 880iR is designed with the multimedia classroom in mind, and will amplify the audio of up to four different sources, with volume control for each.
